Who we are

Nryl is operated by Engynn Technologies Ltd., a company based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In this policy, “Nryl,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Engynn Technologies Ltd.

Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide: your name, email address, company or organization, account information, support requests, waitlist responses, and other information you choose to submit.
• LinkedIn information: if you choose to sign in with or connect LinkedIn, we may receive information authorized by you and LinkedIn, such as your name, email address, profile information, and a LinkedIn account identifier. The information we receive depends on the permissions you approve.
• Usage and technical information: information about how you access and use Nryl, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and activity within the service.
• Content: course materials, prompts, files, feedback, and other content you submit when using Nryl.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve Nryl;
• create and secure accounts and authenticate users, including through LinkedIn;
• respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about beta access or service updates;
• understand service usage, troubleshoot problems, and protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate Nryl or communicate with users. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

If you connect Nryl with LinkedIn or another third-party service, that service’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. We do not control how third parties handle information you provide directly to them.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nryl, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits. You can also disconnect Nryl from LinkedIn through your LinkedIn account settings. Disconnecting LinkedIn does not automatically delete information already received by Nryl.

To make a privacy request, email support@engynn.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

Nryl is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
